Amendment 28
It is decided that the presidential candidate shall be elected upon the people and not through districts. The most popular vote will not be accounted; each senate will have their own number of votes throughout each state. The representatives of the districts then will accumulate these votes. The numbers will be confidential upon the Representatives and never released to the public. The senate that won the states vote then will be announced to the public. This process then will be applied through each of the 50 states in the U.S.
